Reservations

We currently accept the majority of our bookings through AirBnb. However, if you are a larger group and looking to rent the entire farmhouse and/or cabin for a special event or retreat, please email openheartinn@gmail.com for direct booking inquiries.

Cancellation Policy

We understand- life happens. If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 100% if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the Check-in Date

• 50% if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the Check-in Date

• 0% if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date

*Please note: Bookings made through AirBnb may have distinct policies, which will be provided at the time of booking.
