The Farmhouse
Originally built in 1840, the farmhouse at Open Heart Inn features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen with reclaimed barnwood cabinets, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a yoga studio, and plenty of beautiful outdoor spaces. Located right on the famous Nelson Route 151, we are ideally located for exploring Nelson County hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and cideries, and we are less than 20 minutes to Wintergreen Resort. The farmhouse has the capacity to sleep up to 14 comfortably, and is baby and child friendly.
Imagine going back to a simpler time, when you connected over candlelight and gazed at the stars for hours. Catrock Cabin is the ultimate space to unwind, and reconnect with yourself or your loved ones. Featuring a bedroom with en suite bathroom, private back deck and front porch, and large great room with a full kitchen and luxe sleeper sofa, we have what you need to enjoy your stay. The Cabin was originally built as a country store in 1930, and later housed an antique and art gallery. We believe the cabin has a special energy and invite you to soak it all in- the cabin does not have a TV or wifi on purpose, since it is meant to be a place to truly unplug.
